Terms of Service
The information in this document is all that is needed for both client’s and artist’s safety. Kindly read terms of service before ordering to avoid misunderstanding and frustrations. Please let me know if you need anything else or contact me anytime if you have any other questions.
Payment
Payment via Paypal. After settling all the details Artist asks for email and send an invoice via Paypal. Payment should be made in 24 hours after receiving an invoice. Otherwise the commission will be canceled. Full payment upfront. All prices include taxes.Time
Commission slots are usually open at the beginning of the month. Artist starts to draw in the order which the orders were placed. Usually the commission is completed in the same month that it was ordered in. Sometimes lead time may be longer. To sum up the lead time is one month after the payment (weekends and non-working days like Polish national holidays are excluded). If it is more than that the commission can be canceled by my fault and full payment will be refund.Corrections
Client have right to do the corrections three times for free. First the Artist sends one to two sketches and asks if anything should be corrected. Then the Artist send another sketch showing more details and the shading. If everything is right/agreed the Artist begins to clean up the drawing and do the lineart. After the Artist starts the lineart the corrections cannot be made.Suprise commission
Client can ask for a suprise commission and then the whole process from Point 3. is a secret and it is excluded.Refunds
There are no refunds. The commission can be only refund when it is not completed by Artist’s fault in the lead time. (Point 2.)Final file and delivery
Final Commission file is a digital file that is delivered via email used by the Client for Paypal payment or other email of Client’s choice. The file is in full resolution and JPG or PNG format. PSD format will be included only when Client requests it.Special orders
Special orders include Commissions that are not described or included in Prices and commission types. These are commissions with time limit for completion, bigger projects which include more than two drawings, projects for big format printing etc. They may cost extra fee. To place a special order please contact the Artist.Discounts
Discounts can be made while Client orders more than two commissions at once. There are also special offers and discounts on Artist’s commissions which will be announced on Artist’s social media accounts. For orders with more than 3 illustrations the price can be discussed individually.Time limit for completion
Extra fee: +10 % of final price. The commission will be completed on specific date. Client can ask for this type of commission when it is a birthday gift for example.Commercial use Commissions
Extra fee: to be determined when placing the order. Commercial use commissions are special orders. Client can ask for a Commission to later resell it as a print, make profit on it etc. Everything should be described while placing an order.Adoptables
Adoptables are special character designs sold on my social media sites. These are unique because these can be used for commercial purposes. These can be resold, edited, their name and appearance can be changed after purchasing. The information is always in the description of the adoptable.Pay to use bases or pay to use linearts
Designs created with my pay to use bases or pay to use linearts can be resold, edited, their name and appearance can be changed after purchasing. The information is always in the description of the base.
Artist
Artist agrees to create the commission for the client in the best way possible with diligence and attention to all of the details.
Artist reserves the right to use the Commission in a non-profit way. Meaning that artist is going to post the finished Commission on their social media accounts or use it in their portfolio.
Artist reserves the right to reject any Commission inquiry for any reason.
Artist agrees that any Commission’s lead time is one month after the payment. (weekends and non-working days like Polish national holidays are excluded)
Client
Client agrees to read this document before placing an order and confirm that they understand it. In case of any other questions Client can contact the Artist.
By placing the order Client agrees with Terms of Service and Rules.
Client can use the Commission only for personal use. The Commission cannot be resold or used in a profit way in any way. (For other kind of Commission that will be used in commercial use please read the info below.)
Client agrees to sign the Commission with the nickname of the Artist „Laghrian” or with link to the original Commission (Deviantart, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter) while placing it on any website or social media. It can be done in the description of the image or in the comment below the image.
Work in progress screenshots will be provided by the Artist only when client requests it.
If Client wants to print the Commission on big formats please include this information before artist starts the Commission. This does not apply to the printing at home.
Work without watermark/sign „Laghrian” can be provided only when client requests it.
Please remember if the Commission has the time limit for completion Client needs to include this information while placing the order. (More information in the section below - Prices and commision types)
What can vary the final price of the commision?
General look of the character - very complicated clothes, armor, appearance, weapons, special magic effects etc,
Background - scenes like cityscape, very detailed indoor or outdoor scenes, vehicles, mounts, etc,
Additional characters.

How may I contact you?

Commissions status will be announced via my social media accounts. Usually it happens in the beginning of the month.What programs do you use to draw?
Photoshop CC and Paint Tool SAI 2. I use Blender (3D) for complicated scenes like architecture, indoors, machines and so on. I use Adobe Indesign, and Illustrator for making documents like this one. I also use Premiere Pro and After Effects for making speedpaint videos. PureRef is a programm that I use to gather my references and practice drawing.Where do you find your inspirations?
I always use real photo references and my giant imagination. I really like to seek inspiration in music, books or movies because all these projects are created by artists of their kind.Why there are no refunds?
Each commission takes time, depends on its type, which will be lost irrevocably if the commission is cancelled. Paypal payment is the other problem because once the invoice is paid, Paypal takes a fee (it varies depending on country) which won’t be refunded to any of the sides.
